"Lessons in this schedule" shows 39 lessons and around 500 sentences. Might be a bit more, I didn't feel like carefully counting them.
What do you mean by "releasing everything in one shot"? You have full control of how many new sentences you study. There's also no real need to keep them scheduled forever. I like to remove/hide high mastery terms if I'm fully confident that I know them.
Just because you've "unlocked" the next list doesn't mean you have to immediately study all new sentence.

Not really. It's something I googled for, but I don't really use it. It's not all N5 stuff. It's just a general assessment of sentences, simplifications and their translations.
