I can't study new terms from web version (i still can from phone app), going over already studied material is completely fine, but new terms (in every schedule) just keep loading forever (studied terms review opens instantly) I didn't find any topics with same issue here, but in one simmilar it was advised to clear cache of the browser, i did, didn't help, i tried different browser, different vpn (can't access without it), didn't help It started about 3 days ago, was perfectly fine before that.
Can you give some specifics on which schedule is causing this issue? Screenshots would be great, especially if it (the schedule on the dashboard) looks different when you compare it on the app and website.

Every schedule has the same issue, that's how it looks like. It goes like this forever. This one is beginner kanji, but it is the same for words for beginners and beginner sentences. No problems on the phone app.

It is still happening, but i actually don't think you can do anything about it, i just tried to study new terms in incognito mode and it worked, so i suppose the problem is on my end after all, sorry for wasting your time. Thank you for all your work, I hope you are in a good health now
I just figured out it was because of the browser extension that stopped working properly, i turned it off and it works again I feel so stupid now, i'm so sorry So the problem is solved, just wanted to let you know
