ive completed about 50% of the Japanese Basics schedule, but while i was showing a friend which schedule to do on renshuu after kana i noticed theres a Words For Japanese Basics to go along with it that i dont have T-T i cant find the list for that to make my own schedule with it, so the only way i see of getting it is removing japanese basics and adding it again.. will that reset my progress?

You can get it by clicking on "Manage your Schedule" on your main page.

Then click "All Schedule" > "Japanese Basics" and voila, you can add it from there.

I am not sure, but logically, progression is not "per schedule", but rather the progression with individual terms themselves. Schedules are dynamic and can be edited at any time, so it doesn't affect the schedule itself. The score is based on the collection of terms in it, which is more of an average of those terms you have in it, not a base average of a schedule.

IDK where to find lists for these types of schedules indexed that you refer to, but the only ways that the terms can be seen is either by looking into the schedule itself or using advanced search. For some reason, I can't make sentence lists out of schedules, which is the only exception for making lists, AFAIK. But the terms can be looked into, and the automatic schedules would have hidden lists they come from on your dashboard under the three dot menu.

There's a special option that says "Lessons for this schedule", and those lessons are where those lists are hidden. Again, you can only access that as soon as its revealed and found as described above.

No, the only way to reset your progress is to nuke your account, which I strongly discourage you from doing.

yeah, i saw that it does say that mastery levels are global too, so i just went ahead and deleted the schedule and added it again. worst case scenario i wouldve had to use ur advice and handmake the words for japanese basics schedule, but fortunately the progress was retained and i got the other schedule too!

i think the reason i didnt have it was bcuz i used the button for progressing to the next recommended schedule in the message u get from Michael instead of adding it manually. guess ill just be care of that from now on.
