I do and also I don't think that we can change our profile Pic
Click the three lines in the upper left to open the sidebar, then click on settings, then scroll down a little. You can click on your current profile picture there and it will give an option to change it.
Here's a visual, in case anyone needs it.
You can also click on the icon directly above "My Japanese" on the Dashboard.
