I sometimes mine sentences from games and anime, and I would love to be able to add a picture to those sentences (preferibly so that it's only visible to me). Even if the picture needs to be reduced to a small resolution it would still be great.
This is not planned at the moment. While I could possibly see it as a renshuu pro feature, I cannot quite say how much space that could potentially take up on renshuu's server (we're a tiny company, so we're not spinning out new servers left and right). Even if they were private, I'd still need to run all images through an NSFW checker, as I do not want any kind of mature or illegal content on renshuu's servers in any way.
