Discord and VRChat (specifically, the EN-JP language exchange world) can be good way to meet japanese.
There are a lot of japanese online that learn english and they are usually very friendly.

You'll want to go to places that are geared for native speakers - online communities, online games, twitter/x, etc. renshuu most likely will never have something like this, as it's simply not a platform that Japanese natives would want to seek out and use.
