I really don't know!! It does look quite beautiful though!!
I don't think it's that rare, I've seen it countless times, sometimes I've seen triple or even quadruple rainbows
Here's a very big double rainbow, the arch was really low (it goes beyond the clouds but it's hard to tell because of the blue)
Yeah I've seen a lot of double rainbows here's a couple rainbow pics 
This one was pure coincidence and I think it's really cool (you can't really tell but it's a double rainbow)

This looks like a giant mecha (whole bottom right quarter of the sky) shooting a huge rocket (the horizontal plume left of it). Directly below and left of the rocket are four military aircraft flying in a line (strange choice of formation), getting ready to attack it. But wait, what's that bright dot in the upper part, just left of the vertical centre? It must be the superhero flying to the rescue, barrelling down towards the evil mecha so fast they look like a meteor! Ka-boom in 3... 2...
