Hi, it's HippoHorray🦛かば-やった—!
Sometimes , if I go to a user profile,I see a person. And, if I go to another I see not a Kao chan 
,I see a salmon and rice or a fairy or something else? Does it is a second evolution
? How can I get the second evolution?

So the ones you see that are not people are the first evolution chain you can access. After that, around lvl 100, is when you can start a new evolution chain and at the end or that one, you get a human Kao. Basically it takes a lot of studying! Good luck!
EDIT: also just a bit of friendly advice I checked out your user profile and I would definitely not put your age on there

It's one of the two free Kao-chan evolution paths. The one you have right now is the "normal" one (forgot what it's called), the "person" comes from the "Student" path. You can see an example on my profile. After you hit level 100, you can pick between Student and Normal for your next Kao-chan.
PS: I think you can reset your Kao-chan and pick Student at any point, but don't quote me on that.
Edit: The "salmon and rice or a fairy" ones are from the Pro only path.
