Hello! I recently resetted my mastery for all of my grammar, vocabulary and kanji because it's been a while since I've studied Japanese. I did this under the "tinker" option. However, when I do a study lesson and get quizzed, I still get some grammar questions and conjugated words that I haven't studied. For example, after the reset I only studied the Japanese words for beginners and started the beginner Japanese/N5 schedule. When I got to the explanation for で the quiz threw in a conjugated version of 行く which was 行かなかった. I didn't know it was supposed to be that.
Can anyone help me with this? I could reset my entire account, but I kind of like my Kaochan.
Thanks for the report. There's absolutely no need to reset the entire account. However, I will not be able to proceed without more info. First, can you post a few screenshots of quiz questions where stuff is showing up that you would not expect to be there?

Sure! Maybe it has to do with the fact that I still "know" the words, but I've resetted both schedules and mastery.

Here is part of the quiz. It's Beginner Japanese/N5. I've forgotten -nakatta and after resetting mastery for all grammar and schedules it's still there.

I did reset schedule, and I went to words > Views > Tinker > All Terms > Master Level Unknown. I also did that for grammar and kanji.
Ive tried to reset things last week by resetting sheddules and manually un-tinkering terms to 0% after that didnt work.. i dont remember if it saved now.
To me it seemed like it just didnt save the reset/tinker and it still showed them with masteries of ~30 or so (the same as they were before)
I dont know if it actually didnt save or i just couldnt find a button or something but i feel like i did everything normally..
I dont know if thats helpfull though
If you went to the "Reset schedule", that is the strongest of options, and really does wipe out all study data for the entirety of everything in the schedule.
Ok, let's look more at what you originally posted. So, resetting a grammar schedule will make the "here are some new terms" page pop back up, but it will not have the grammar lessons themselves reappear. You can always access those, however, by going to Resources > Japanese Lessons (in the menu).
So for the Past Casual Negative (なかった), are you saying that after you did the Reset Schedule, it came up in a quiz without having the "here are some new terms" page pop up?
