Yes they are, I completely forgot to mention that 
They also exist in the same universe as Coleson, and Felix is friends with Coleson's best friend Connor 
And just keep working on hands! The more you draw them, the less they'll kick your butt d(`･∀･)b
Cool! I really like the characters! Is there a specific story behind them 
also if you have a pic of Conner I might wanna draw him too (ㆁωㆁ)
Edit: Also I am starting on Felix tomorrow!! I plan to draw Coleson as well if I get bored enough lol, I literally just sit on my couch and draw while Ducktales is on the tv in the background so I actually can get quite a lot done 🤣
I don't really have an underlying story for these characters, but I know that their general stories are about figuring out to navigate life at the end of/after high school, which is actually what I'm going through too Most of what I've come up with so far is centered around Coleson, so I've still got some work to do on the others 
Here's Connor by the way, or at least a concept for what I want him to look like. I'm basing his design off of someone I met at summer camp, and this was a sketch of that guy :D Still a fair amount of fine tuning to do though
