When resetting the mastery of words for a separate tone/pitch accent schedule, I didn’t know it’d reset the overall mastery of the vocabulary!! What do I do? I don’t remember what mastery level all the words were…
You can message the creator of the app about it. All you have to do is hit the ? Mark on the top right and it'll pull up a menu. Then you hit the button labeled "contact us". Type what you have a problem with and they'll email you back after a day or two. Good luck!
Unfortunately, there is not a way to undo this - all reset features of renshuu are extremely powerful, and it notes that all terms will be set to unlearned with no mastery.
You can, as I believe you noted elsewhere, reset them with a manual mastery level, but rebuilding that data on this end would require spinning up a copy of the database (which takes several hours), and I typically am only able to do that if there was some data erasure caused by a bug with renshuu.
