It's not certain lists. It's any and all of them. The inherent limitations of the PDF output, coupled with it being subjective to the page you're viewing instead of the entire thing, either produces less than what is expected, or none at all. The ID tag thing is only one part of the issue.
I will not be able to devote time to fixing this (ahead of other issues and things that require my time) if what I believe is a very reasonable request is not met. This is an extremely common thing for reporting bugs in software, open source projects, etc: requiring specific steps for reproduction.
This is compounded by the fact that in this one thread, it appears that multiple issues may be present, the discussion was jumping back and forth between these issues, etc.
I have, over the years, had numerous issues where the user (and in other cases, myself) was completely convinced of the factors leading to the bug, only for it to be completely different. In many of these cases, I spent many hours more than I would have needed had I requested clearer information up front.
Having these *exact* steps that do not include things like "any" or "all" in them helps minimize the chance of going down the wrong path.
If you disagree with this way of going about things, then you are free to not respond, and while I will get around to it eventually, I will put my limited time into where I have the clearest path for progress.
