This morning the app worked well, but since this afternoon I cannot access the app on my samsung anymore.

I emptied the cash, data, uninstalled, reinstalled... but nothing changed. Still the black screen.

Same here. Black screen in the app - when tapping it turns white. (Samsung device.) I can log in the website.

Try clearing the cache, maybe it will work.

It only made me able to access the website on my phone.

I'm on Android 10 renshuu app, same here. App turns black moments after opening and the only thing you are able to do is to swipe to the right to see not fully loaded menu ui.


Edit:

It is working now. kao_sassy.png Probably a part of the other issue.
