I’ve found a bug which I suppose only happens in IOS version of the app (at least on my device). In the help menu from the icon next to home, a scroll bar appears and adjustable even though the amount of content and lists fit less than a page (eg. no content has been expanded). Also, the contents will not move even if the scroll bar moves. Here’s the screenshot of the bug.

For me, it appears to be the scroll bar of the page underneath the help page.

Yea, I believe it’s not the help page itself that’s causing the issue, rather than the page underneath. (the home page as seem from the screenshot) The bug here is that I can still move scroll bar while in the page.

Because of that, I can see two scroll bar next to each other, with one inside the help page when I open a content section.

I am on Mac, and this appears too but it vanishes after a certain moment
