What's the context? Where did you find it? Why are the children eating you with whatever むしむしや is supposed to be?

Judging by たべました (past tense), looks like they're done :D

This 蒸蒸屋（むしむしや）? It's a steamed bun takeout shop... no idea if that's it.

Edit: You could make it like this: 子供たちはムシムシやっと私を食べました。 ムシムシ やっと? Doesn't make much sense, but the grammar is fine.

Oh, so the apple is saying "The children munched me up", I see.

It's むしゃむしゃ + と (connects the "sound effect" to the verb)

Edit: I read through the graded reader, it's this sentence 子どもたちは、ムシャムシャとわたしを食べました。

The general idea is that they ate the apple with excitement/enjoyment. Also has this munching or crunching food vibe.
