So no I am not lvl 4 I'm level 10 I lost my account bcoz I broke my phone but is there some suggestions on what I work on? I wana work on something other than hira kana
You can work on whatever you feel more comfortable/ready with. I do recommend though working with the kana until you know them by heart, otherwise going through vocab is gonna be tough. Also slowly try to incorporate kanji in your studies, you'll need them in the long run.
Then just go to the login page, click on "Forgot your username or password?", and they'll send you an email with a link to reset your password and set a new one. This is something you can do on pretty much any website or app that requires accounts.
