Well the app name is "castle" you can play cool games and make them(it is not a full coding app with stuff like <button>hi</button> it is like scratch but way better)
i do know a few things about coding tho not gonna stare them but I know some html basics I honestly gave up on it and started learning Japanese.
Here are the two ways of replying or just continuing to write in the same thread.
Just to clarify, this app is mostly maintained by one person, with help from a few others, and they need to constantly moderate and check new posts. So creating thread after thread like this is making their life harder, as this isn't meant to be like a social media app. Users are generally asked to stay on topic on the forum. To chat with other users and do small talk, use Renshuu's Discord (find the link in the main menu --> Community).
I assume what you're doing is trying to answer people from the "Ask a question" field in the Community tab, that's for creating new threads on the forums. If you don't see the "Quote" link, you're probably looking at the thread from the Community tab and not the Forums. Can't tell you why it works like that, but it's only available there. If that's what you're doing, you can "reply" to people using the "Help out with an answer" field. No real need to tag anyone if it's obvious who you're replying to.
If this isn't what you're doing, see むじな's post above me.

Ah, a fellow coder! I know Python, used to know HTML too but didn't use it enough so if I use it anymore I have to look at a guide. Tried C for a while but gave up.
I don't want to go overboard with talking about coding right now since this isn't in the General Discussions sub forum, so I'll keep it at that.
Man, I really had it good when I was coding in high school. Then again, there was also the benefit of MySpace, AIM and Runescape...
There wasn't any "app" then like we have now. There's either a WYSIWYG editor, a specialized editor, or just plain notepad. I mostly used the latter. Wasn't complicated either.
I have no idea what this is about, but this gave me a dose of the nostalgia. I mean, I still do it, but I used to too.
