The yellow lines on the black one are probably lens flare clear evidence that your kitten has some sort of supernatural, divine aura that makes it extra special and worthy of much cuddles. 
(Also, after the "this one isn't" I'm sensing an unwritten "...but should probably be". The golden, almost subtropical, late-afternoon light makes it even more endearing.)

I got mine from a farm too, it was 2 weeks old. Someone must have left it there.
