The structure is called a Gerbilarium. I've also built them like 5 mazes, and we take them into their play pen with mazes and toys like 3 times a week.

Yeah! It's so fun to build too! I had to throw out my previous one because they chewed most of it up, but I will be making another soon, so maybe I can show you a photo of them solving it.

My therapist said I have a lot of cognitive distortions including overthinking, but while I'm doing the overthinking I just think everything I think is horrible is true. I only realize it's overthinking a few hours or days later.
Overthinking is really the problem right? I just spills tea on good things....When I think of gud things, suddenly I just try to make out the bad effects or bad things that happened or will and it just spoils my mood
